Where Can I Find Somewhere To Order A Personalized Memory Book?

Okay, Im planning my big 21st party a year in advance, and I want a personalized Photo/Memory book like the Quince one below

The problem is, every "personalized" memory book makers online have the worst, cheapest looking books. There is no place where i live to get it, and no the link above dosent do those books for 21st birthday parties.
So where online can i find a place that’ll make me an elegant book like the one in the link, with a framed cover, and with personalized memory book pages that has to do with my 21st birthday/
